Please help with the following issue: after updating DVD Profiler to 3.5.1 (Build 1252) and DVD Profiler Mobile to 1.2.0 (Build 126), I cannot start the mobile version any more. Installation and synchronisation seemed to proceed normally. I uninstalled the mobile version completely, including all profiles, cleaned the PDA registry and installed again - still no joy . All previous versions worked fine. Any suggestions are very welcome... Thank you.

What is happening exactly? Do you get an error message? Does nothing happen? Have you tried a reset of your PDA (often by sticking the PDA pen in a small hole somewhere on the PDA)?

Hi - no error message at all. It just doesn't start when tapping the icon. I tried a soft-reset, no use. Thanks for any suggestions - danke  .

Perhaps reinstalling MS .NET Framework 2.0 and Active Sync 4.2 will help?

Also try a database repair on your desktop DVD Profiler before syncing again.
