| Posted: | | | | Is there a upcoming feature to provide support for 320X320 screen resolution? (specifically for the Blackjack Epic)
or maybe scroll bars to accommodate the smaller screen and/or off sized screens? | | | Last edited: by jaworski23 |

| Posted: | | | | CORRECT!!! 320x320 is the "square" size we need. Be it for Palm or WinMo, Treo's use a higher rez than the old 240x240 winMo screen.
PLEASE. I'm trying hard to spend the $20 on DPM, but can't yet. It just doesn't look/work right...yet. |

I have had a trouble ticket in since September for this and first posted the request in July and cannot even get a response as to if/when this might be implemented. I am beginning to think that Invelos could care less about customer service and responsiveness. You submitted a trouble ticket for what? Did you not read the DVD Profiler Mobile Product Detail page prior to purchasing the program for your mobile device? The page clearly states what resolutions are currently supported. If your device did not support those resolutions then perhaps you should have held off on the purchase until such time that the resolution you want is supported. From the Product Page: Support for standard (240x320), and VGA (480x640) devices is built-in. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

Support for standard (240x320), and VGA (480x640) devices is built-in. Before bashing look here: After reading, I got the impression, that "Mobile Version 1.20" supports square resolution since Version 1.03! When will we get th Version which solves the problems with square resolution?!!! | | | Licence for DVD Profiler 3.5 (Desktop DVD Profiler mobile 1.2 (Samsung i780) | | | Last edited: by Hans Dampf |

| Posted: | | | | Any hope for support of 320x240 (not 240x320).
HP IPAQ 910C is 320x240 and there is no ability to rotate the screen.
So everything hangs off the bottom of the screen. |

| Posted: | | | | Bumping this thread to the top ... any new info on the 1.3 release with support for 320x320 screens? I just bought the new Samsung Epix and would love to get Mobile installed on it. |

| Posted: | | | | I'm confused, the release notes for 1.2 state, "Enabled screen scrolling for some screens to support square resolution devices".
My Palm Treo Pro (WinMo 6.1) is 320x320, (square). However, I keep reading in these forums that 320x320 isn't supported in 1.2, but is expected to be supported in 1.3. I'm sure there's something elementary I'm missing here, so please help me to understand if 1.2 will run on my Palm Treo Pro or not.
Also, I've never used DVD Profiler Mobile before, but I've used the desktop for years. Does Mobile require I enter all my data again, or does/can it look to my desktop version of DVD Profiler? In other words do they sync? | | | Last edited: by 120inna55 |
