| Posted: | | | | If you go to All Pending Updates and look at the list of profiles, does anyone else have the actual DVD titles missing from some of the profiles in the list? The UPC is still there, and the Notes icon etc, but the actual title simply isn't there. It's not affecting all of them, maybe a third.
Edit: I can't tell if it's affecting Unvoted as well, cos my list is currently empty. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |

| Posted: | | | | Same effect both at home (IE7) and work (IE6). DJ, you were right - it's my online collection - half the titles are missing! I'll look into it tonight, thanks. |

I can't be 100% sure (can't find thread now)... but I think I remember seeing something about this in another thread... and Ken told the person to upload a blank database to online collection... then do a normal upload. And that fixed the problem. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | As Posted by Snarbo in this other thread, Posted: November 30, 2008 10:21 PM Didn't we have this problem (for some users) a little while ago...if I remember correctly Ken stated to upload a totally blank DB to the online so as to clear what is/was up there then to reload your working DB and re-upload it. (not to just re-upload your current DB)
