Choose a region to include (or exclude) from the Options menu. The "Loading regions. Please wait." message will appear.
After loading is complete (obvious enough due to the cursor changing from an hourglass back to the pointer), the "Loading regions. Please wait." message remains, covering everything behind it.

| Posted: | | | | Windows XP Home, SP1 P4, 1.99GHz, 768MB RAM MS .Net Frameworks 1.1 and 2.0.
This is the only message that sticks around. New plugins, refreshing updated profiles, and other messages that I have seen all fade without any problems.
