| Posted: | | | | Now in the General forum there are thread of all kinds, for instance about DVD bargains (which I greatly appreciate) and for instance about LOLcats (which kill me with laughter!). I like those discussions, but I wonder: aren't they like apples and oranges mixed in the same bag? How about splitting the General Forum and have two forums instead? A "DVD" forum for general DVD related discussions, and a truly "General" forum for all the rest. | | | -- Enry |

| Posted: | | | | I second this. We should have a (sub-) forum called e.g. "Fun And Entertainment". This would very easily enable users to jump over these topics without missing their favourite threads. Edit: Just thinking about political discussions. Should this be placed here as well? | | | Thorsten | | | Last edited: by kahless |

| Posted: | | | | Leave it as it is. It is after all a "General Discussion" forum where literally anything can be and is discussed. If we split up this General Discussion, then why not start doing the same kind of thing with all the other forums? I think this could be a slippery slope of complicating things which should be avoided. | | | Graham |

| Posted: | | | | The more I see how much energy and enthusiam this community has, I would love to see a Forum dedicated to the discussion of the artisitic content - the movie itself. Each thread would be a specific movie (date).
Also, I agree with the idea of a DVD Forum. That would be for discussion of technical and production aspects such as packaging, formats, etc. Apologies in advance if these Forums exist and I missed them (of course I know there are already many separate threads in a number of forums that discuss these topics - I enjoy them all). | | | Thanks for your support.
