| Posted: | | | | This week Best Buy is running a Buy 3 Get 2 free deal on any HD DVD $34.99 and under. Not as good as Buy 1 Get 1, but better than Buy 2 Get 1. With their "cheap" discs at $24.99, this works out to about $15 each. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | It sure looks like the trend is to lower the prices on both formats, right now with these sales but hopefully in general prices will drop. IMO this would be the best thing they could do to begin to get some real market share.
You start getting into the $10 - $15 range and my guess is many will not have a problem replacing their standard discs with HDM. Getting the new releases under $20.00 the week they come out, even with a sale like the standard discs, would help as well.
Thanks for the heads up Mark |
