I would love to see my notes on the comparison screen when reviewing profile updates.  If this showed up on the existing profile side, I could see if I had checked these differences before and decided to reject it.  It would also be nice if we could add/edit notes from this screen so if we did not want to accept the changes, we could make notes as to why so we would not have to research it the next time that profile had an update.
