You posted in the wrong thread. This is the Technical Support thread for the Mobile version of DVDP. To answer your question: The limited features of the "free" version of DVD Profiler are posted on the download page when you downloaded DVD Profiler, so your claim "without warning" is unfounded. To get the rest of your collection on your My Profiler page...try uploading again and make sure you are logged in before doing so. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

Even free versions are not limited to only 50 dvds in the local version of profiler (only the functionality is restricted) and your online collection is empty. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

Yes - the local version is restricted to 50 dvds if you want to try out the full functionality. You can only load all your dvds as a free user if you accept the limitations imposed within the program. So when you restore from the backup as a free user you get asked whether or not to load all the dvds. If his desktop has only 50 dvds then he will need to restore the backup and all the dvds will be reloaded. If his online dvd profiler is empty (because if you are a free user then you don't get any dvds shown) then he will have to load them all up again. | | | Paul |
