| Posted: | | | | I downloaded the latest 3.0 version of the Invelos DVD Profiler. I was excited to see there was a mobile version as I also just got a Palm Treo 680. after spending the last two hours trying to get the mobile version to install and to work on my smartphone... I decided it wasn't very smart or perhaps it's just me. Any other palm users out there who have shared the same frustration? If you were able to find a workable solution would you mind sharing your success story? If not, where do I go for a refund? |

| Posted: | | | | As Rick stated, a refund for what? If you had read the Product Features page for the Mobile version you would have seen that Palm is not supported. It was your mistake NOT Invelos. The Desktop version works as advertised so you are entitled to a refund because the Mobile version isn't compatible with your Palm Treo...give me a break . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | Umm... I seem to be able to see the llittle mobil Icon next to my name. I also have my registration code and I have my my paypale receipt. I think I'll explore the refund possibilities there. Or I suppose I can just hang on to it and maybe Invelos will eventually create a palm friendly version. |
