I've been looking for the 1993 movie Knights on DVD for a long time. The movie stars Kathy Long, Kris Kristofferson and Lance Henriksen. I believe it's been released in South Africa, and maybe in France and Germany as well (possibly under the title Cyborg Warriors)? I know it is released in Poland, but this release does not have an English audio track, only a Polish dub, so it's of no use.
