| Posted: | | | | I wanted to try the DVD Profiler Mobile before buying it. I'm having trouble getting the NET CF 2.0 to install. I have a Toshiba E350 running PocketPC 2003 Pro. Any ideas? Of course Toshiba is of no help whatsoever. I welcome any and all help. |

| Posted: | | | | How are you installing the programs? Main memory or removeable? I installed everything, Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 and DVD Profiler Mobile, on my 2gig SD Card and everything works great. Granted, I'm not using a Toshiba E350 running PocketPC 2003 Pro but I would assume installation would be pretty much the same for most systems? | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I would think so. I let the program install it to the default directory. NET CF 1.1 loads fine. As soon as I get a moment I will try to install it onto a blank memory card. |

| Posted: | | | | Hmm., I messed with Toshiba e745 last night and had something like that. If I install to an SD card then when I hit Sync button in DVD Profiler (PC) it tells that it couldn't find the Mobile profiler. If I install to Main Memory then everything is fine.
Seems like it's a bug that a lot of others are reporting. | | | Last edited: by dimitriz |

| Posted: | | | | I tried installing it into both main memory and the SD card but get the same error with CF 2.0 that it's not made to run on my device. I have seen other topics on different places on the internet about that error and the E350 but nobody has found an answer or solution. Toshiba isn't supporting PDAs anymore so I guess I'm out of luck as far as upgrading. |

| Posted: | | | | The Product page for DVD Profiler Mobile mentions Support for Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 2003 SE, and Windows Mobile 5.0. It doesn't say anything about supporting PocketPC 2003 Pro? | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

It doesn't say anything about supporting Pocket PC 2003 Pro? Pocket PC 2003 Premium edition is the same as Windows Mobile 2003 SE (Second Edition). On my ipaq 2215 it is listed as Pocket PC 2003 Prem on the back, but in other documentation it is listed as Windows Mobile 2003 SE, and in other places it is also listed as just Pocket PC 2003. For some reason Windows Mobile and Pocket PC are interchangeable as names for the same thing. When you tap on "Start", "Settings", "System", "About" what version does it say you have, I Believe 4.0 is Windows Mobile 2003 (also called Windows Mobile 2003 First Edition) and 4.2 is Windows Mobile 2003 SE (Second Edition) If you goto the Toshiba website and look up the e350 it lists the operating system as "Microsoft Pocket PC 2003". Looking at the specs for the e350 it should install ok. You could try downloading the newest version of cf 2.0 SP2 and installing it. It says it supports "Windows Mobile 2003 software for Pocket PCs" look here at the microsoft sitewhen you download this file just run it from your desktop and then when you sync the e350 it should install. I installed this version on my SD card and DVD Profiler Mobile works just fine. Rob |

| Posted: | | | | nope and nope. My PPC is running version 4.20.1081 build 13100 I have tried installing cf 2.0 SP2 and it fails. I even reset my PPC so it's just like it was the day I bought it. If you have anymore ideas please jump in, I would very much like to get this working and currently am unable to. Thanks for all so far. |
