I have 2.4 Profiler Unlimeted Registration but I am not able to update my registration. I am typing the right information but its not reconizing my past registration key any more. Do I need to purchase a new key ?I hope not.

First of all you posted in the DVD profiler Mobile Support forum..

and 2nd if you had looked in the correct technical support forum you would have found this
