| Posted: | | | | I've got a serious problem. I have installed mobile on my PDA and Profiler 3.0 on my laptop. After installation i've run a synchronization with my pda.
Now, when I want to se my database on the pda it tells "Please synchronize with DVD Profiler".
Does anyone know the solution to this problem? |

Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Question, you said you synchronized your PDA, does that mean activesync sync with outlook calendar and contact.... Have you done the DVD Profiler PDA Sycn????? I sounds like that is still pending.... | | | Premium member since 29 August 2002 ----

Does anyone know the solution to this problem? did you test and get it working before buying - I assume you would have done. Are you using the latest version of mobile profiler? (This is required if you are using version 3.03 of profiler) | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | Both programs were downloaded yesterday. Currently I am running DVD profiler 3.0.2 and Mobile 1. My pda was synchronized with profiler ctrl+m. I have done this several times.
Afterwards when starting the program on the pda I can't select anything without the pda showing the errormessage. |

| Posted: | | | | When you installed the program to the pda, it really wants to be in main memory. When you set the sync up from DVD Profiler, choose to store "Collection", "Images", and "Upcoming" in main memory. That should sync fine. Then the next time you sync, choose to "synchronize" and move the images to a storage card. I found I had to load it all into main memory the first time and then after that I could store it wherever I wanted to. |

| Posted: | | | | I just stumbled across this topic and have had this issue happen several times.
In my case, I load all my pictures, profiles, etc to my add-in card (mini SD in my case). Not quite sure why this happens but the solution was as simple as popping the card out and then re-inserting the card.
This problem was not limited to dvdProfiler at all. I had a few programs that run from the storage card, where this same type of thing happens. Depending on how they are loaded, they basically stop working when they go to access the storage card.
I know this is not ideal, but it does work fine once you eject the card, reinsert the card and then try again. This seems to be an issue with Windows Mobile rather than dvdProfiler as far as I can tell. |
