| Posted: | | | | I just tried to order DVD profiler 3.0 with my credit card via Paypal, but when I completed the order it was denied. Then I checked my bank account there had been a $1 purchase reserved. Strange that the purchase was denied and still be able to charge the card |

| Posted: | | | | That is odd. I expect that the $1 reservation should fall off shortly, but if not, give them a call and they should handle it. If for some reason PayPal won't work for you, ShareIt is also available as an option, near the bottom of the registration page. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | That happens quite often. If you've ever had to add your debit/credit card to an account or something without actually ordering anything, it often reserves $1 for the "authorization" which should generally clear within a week...often within a few days. | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | I tried Paypal again and now the purchase went through , but now I have two $1 reserves, which will probably clear in a couple of days as you said Katatonia, if not I'll contact Paypal. Thanks! |

Thanks! Is this a new Paypal account? If so, they run a couple of test transactions when you set things up to make sure everything works right. Sounds like that's what just happened. | | | John
