| Posted: | | | | Just installed Mobile on my iPaq rx1950. All works well, except for the fact that I have numerous profiles that refuse to show up in the main list. Weird thing is, it's mainly seasons of King of the Hill and Frasier that are missing. I've tried changing parental controls, reinstalling, sorting differently, but nothing will make them show up. Now this is the icing on the cake. The missing profiles are actually on the device, because if I run a search for them, they show up in the results. Did I miss something here? |

| Posted: | | | | I've tried turning them off, even turning them on, exiting the program, then going back in and turning them off again. Still nothing. |

| Posted: | | | | Is there any pattern to the missing titles? Also, just to rule it out, try setting your definition of "adult" in DVD Profiler's Tools->Options->Parental Control to just "Adult" ratings. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | Alright, tried using the plain "Adult" setting, still nothing. I even tried setting it to "None" and still won't work. As for the pattern, only the fact that these are only TV series sets is standing out at me. Here's what I mean...
Missing Profiles (out of 510):
489 Frasier: Fifth Season 488 Frasier: Fourth Season 480 King of the Hill: Season 6 479 King of the Hill: Season 5 478 King of the Hill: Season 4 477 King of the Hill: Season 3 473 Inspector Gadget: Complete Series 444 Frasier: Final Season 441 King of the Hill: Season 2 437 Star Trek TOS: Season 2 436 Star Trek TOS: Season 1 433 Married with Children: Season 5 430 Star Trek: DS9: Season 2 419 Star Trek: DS9: Season 7 406 Frasier: Season 3 400 Married with Children: Season 4 398 Frasier: Season 2 397 Frasier: Season 1 354 Star Trek: Voyager: Season 2 326 King of the Hill: Season 1
You can use my online collection to see what profiles are in between the misssing ones if that might help. I honestly hve no idea what could be causing these to just not show up in the Owned collection, but still exist if one runs a search by title for them. |

| Posted: | | | | Just wanted to post that I finally figured this out. I had originally created a profile in my wish list (on my desktop's Profiler) to consolidate all the TV series profiles I had in the wish list, which was quite a large number, just to save time from scrolling and such. All the missing profiles were at one point in this parent profile, but even though they had been moved to my owned list as I purchased them, in my Mobile Profiler, they still seemed to have a tie to the parent profile, keeping them from showing up in the owned list. I went into my wish list on my desktop and removed all the profiles from the parent, then deleted the parent, resynchronised, and all is fine. I'll keep tinkering with things to see if I can get this to work properly again, because I'd still like to keep a consolidated profile around to keep things neat, especially with the limited screen space on my iPaq. |

| Posted: | | | | I have found a havy bug.
When changes EAN, the Profiles are not shown in collectors list, but they are there. You can find them, with lookup.
For example I changed some Profiles with disc IDs (Planet of the Apes). After that, I see the Box Set and the +/- Symbol but no child profiles. With lookup I find them all, with the new Profiles and the new Covers.
After I have renumbered my DVD Numbers, the Profiles are back again in the collection list. |
