I have a month left of warranty on an awful HP laptop that keeps crashing on a daily basis. In December, I took it in for warranty repair at the Best Buy where I bought it. They said I would need to contact HP, who said I would need to mail it to them and expect it back in 6-8 weeks. It's a friggin' pandemic, and the public library started extremely limited computer use only last week. They are out of their minds. I'm fdefinitely never buying anything from HP again.
Today it crashed with DVD Profiler running, and now even after several shutdowns of my computer, I can't do anything with the program. I get "Connecting to Invelos software" and nothing. I can't even close the program, just an error sound effect if I attempt literally anything from canceling to closing. Clicking anywhere on the program does exactly the same thing. |
