| Posted: | | | | This has happened twice, so when I try to change a UPC to Disc ID, the green bar starts but stops about halfway through and DVD Profiler freezes, with the old "Not Responding" at top. I would have to force quit the program. When it happened the first time, I already did the Datavase Repair so really don't want to do it again since it takes nearly an hour to complete. Anyone else run into this issue? Edit: Obviously the title should be UPC and UPS. Edit 2: In addition, when I force quit the program and try to reload, the loading scree just stops and program won't load until I force quit THAT and would get the message that DVDP was unable to complete start up the last time because collection type wouldn't load. This just happened again. Whether I check normal or diagnose options, nothing happens. I probably will have to run the database repair AGAIN but I suspect this will happen again. | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |

| Posted: | | | | Post this in the other thread, but getting this error when trying to load a database (even trying to create a new one):
DBISAM Engine Error # 11010 Table C:\Users\Scott\Documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\ACTORASSIGN.DAT does not exist.
Trying a full repair now but not holding my breath. If need be, how should I go about uninstalling? What files should I keep? I do have a backup database already from a few days ago (and my online database was uploaded earlier today). | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |

| Posted: | | | | Update, seems to be working now. I did go ahead and download my online database which got rid of 5 profiles I was working on (Legend of Korra Steelbook set). I suspect one of them was corrupted or something. Will give it a go tomorrow, see what happens. |
