As you may recall, I used to get frequent errors that required force closing of Profiler whenever LoadDVD was enabled, especially if I'd made changes to the database (which are fairly frequent, as I'm continually adding to my collection). But those are history now Niiiiiiice! Thanks for taking the time to drop a positive note. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Fixed a bug in parsing the filepath in Notes. Also, note that I have been using LoadDVD on Windows 7 for a couple of weeks with no issues. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. | | | Last edited: by mediadogg |

Why this pluging is not available on link. Because we don't want you to have it. Sorry. - Added IR suport for Sony CX875P (command modes 1,2,3) - Added IR support for Sony CX777ES (command modes 1,2,3) This might also work for CX985V. If you try it, please let me know results - Miscellaneous bug fixes
As usual, backup your profiler database and your old \loadDVD folder. Then uninstall the old LoadDVD version before installing the new version. Also note that I have been using mine on Windows 7 (x32 and x64) with no apparent issues. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. | Posted: | | | | CanDoo Hi I was wondering if you got this to working, I am also looking to do the same thing I have 3 cx995v / cx985v changers and also would like to have my USB-UIRT change the Video input on my AV receiver depending on the Location field. I have setup USB-UIRT.bat with the ir commnds using UUTX. I do not understand how to implement the commands into the bat file so it can change the input correctly, based on what is in my location field. Maybe you can send me the files you are working on so I can get this to work also. Thanks Carlos D. Quoting CanDoo: Quote: well i have good news i'm just aobut done cleaning up my batchfiles
and i'll be offering my solution too this unique setup in two forms
i will offer: USBIRT.bat modified for use with for the 995v changer this batchfile could easily be modified to contorl any IR based disc changer.
995v.bat and 995v.com both programs do the same thing the .com version is the compiled batchfile 995v.bat.
uutx.exe This program is aviable from the USBIRT website and from a link in this very thread.
codes.txt contains the Pronto code definitions and the name accoated with the protocodes. this file is used with uutx.
you can use either 995v.bat or 995v.com with USBIRT.bat but not both. codes.txt must be in the same directory as you call USBIRT.bat from.
I iwll be posting the batchfiles and the .com file and uutx.exe shortly
I apologize i'm not great with instrucitons so if you have any questions feel free to ask. |

| Posted: | | | | Ok, I am so confused! Maybe someone can help me out. I have 300 DVD's in my Sony CX995V, I loaded them into my DVD Profiler, I downloaded the LoadDVD, and I installed the USB-UIRT. Now how to I click to play the DVD's from the DVD Profiler? I right click the DVD I want to watch and select play/retrieve DVD and nothing happens. When I go into the options of the LoadDVD plug in it all looks like Frech to me. Do I have to program the LoadDVD to operate the CX995 or do I need to program the DVD Profiler for each DVD? God I hope not! Please give me step by step instructions as I am new at this USB-UIRT thing. Thanks! | | | Last edited: by buckeyejh |

The program has no way of knowing that you have a CX995V or 300 DVDs loaded unless you configure it. And the step-by-step instructions have been written in the very beginning (first post) of this thread, and several times over afterwards. There will be some amount of focused effort required on your part. If you do that, you will be successful. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. | Posted: | | | | Thanks for the help, I greatly appreciate it. I am sorry if I struck a nerve, I love the idea of the plug in and I mean no harm. I am confused and need a little help is all and I have read and read until 1 am last night and I still have not found clear instructions for "Dummies" like me.
Ok, I think I may have fixed one of the problems. I had all the disk locations as CX-995V, they were loaded that way when I initially input the DVD's. All the slot locations were input at that time and are good. I have now changed a few to cx995v1 for testing purposes. Now I have a few more questions if you don't mind.
Do I create a batch file to run the "scripts" or will the LoadDVD do that on it's own?
Does it matter if the location is upper case CX995V1 or does it need to be lower case cx995v1?
Do you know if there is a quicker way to change all the disk "locations" at once?
When I go into the options of the LoadDVD and change the "Default Changer" to SonyCX995V should it stay that way when I exit the options menu? There is no save button so I click X to exit and when I re-enter the options the Default Changer has reverted back to Decal/Ziotek. Is that ok?
Do I need to input a default open path?
Do I need to check the call USBIRT.BAT or uncheck the Decal/Ziotek changer map?
Thanks again for all the help. |

All you need to do is follow the 2 or 3 steps described in those posts. Forget everything else. There are a lot of options in LoadDVD you don't need, so don't worry about anything not mentioned in those steps. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. I have been using LoadDVD throughout the Beta cycle, and have made a few upgrades, howver still on the 3.5.1 base. So, you should be fine. When I upgrade LoadDVD to 3.6 toolkit level, it will take advantage of new functions, such as the ability to get shortcuts for each disc, so that you can more easily program those fancy remote gizmos. You might also take a peek at LoadDVD Pro, if you want a built-in Media Player and Playlist Manager. It will play almost anything - from jpg, mp3 and web URLs to Youtube, ISOs and Netflix, from the same playlist. The underlying LoadDVD functions are identical. | | | Thanks for your support. | Posted: | | | | Version 1.82 Available
Changes:
Menus code reworked, attempting to make faster. Code is same as “Pro” version. Revised Sony IR scripts to eliminate leftover “Display” mode Increased turn-on delay to 30 seconds for Sony changers by user request Added new “Assume On” flag in Options. This will eliminate the Sony turn-on delay in the IR script if you know the player is usually already on Added support for running Windows Script Files (.wsf): the "play" command in the Location field will use PlayFromDisk.bat if found, otherwise it will use PlayFromDisk.wsf if available. Using new 3.6 capability, shortcuts are assigned so that discs 1 ... 9 can be selected simply by pressing the "Ctrl-1" ... "Ctrl-9" key. This should facilitate programming of universal remotes. Added an option to place the "Play/Retrieve " menu on the main menu. It usually appears to the right of "Help", which violates Microsoft GUI standards, but I have not been able to make it appear elsewhere. So now the Options panel has a three-way selection for the location of Play/Retrieve: DVD Menu, Main Menu, Context Menu. Coupled with the ability to turn icons on or off, and the ability to hide the LoadDVD toolbar, you have a lot of flexibility in how you want the disc selection menu to appear. Enjoy. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. | | | Last edited: by mediadogg |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for all the hard work on this plug-in Mediadogg, been using it for a while now and love how it works.
Ran into a small problem since moving over to Windows 7 though, in that none of my movies play on VLC by default anymore.
All my movies were encoded as .avi, and .avi's are set to play under VLC in Windows, but no matter what it still opens up in WMP. To test this I would double-click on an .avi or paste the location of one into the Run prompt, doing it like this opens them up in VLC, leading me to believe there's an option in DVDProfiler or LoadDVD that I'm missing. Any thoughts? Thanks. |
