| Posted: | | | | I just tried to export my collection including Viewer data. This is a really great idea, but locks aren't exported correct. All locks are exported as 'false' while at least cast & crew are locked in all of my profiles. | | | |

In this case the locks from the viewer database are exported, which are different than the ones in the profiler database. Because you want to have the control which data are protected when doing an import from profiler.

| Posted: | | | | No, as I don't use the standalone viewer, there are no profiles in the viewer database. I only use your plugin to get award information.
Now I like the idea to export this info inside the other data.
Is there a way to copy locks into viewer database or export DVDP locks when a profile isn't in the viewer database?

It only needed a few additional lines of code to have the desired XML output. And contrary to what I remembered, this export always creates a Viewer profile dummy from Profiler database, even if the profile has been synched to the Viewer database. This is what made it easy to implement this feature request. But I will wait with releasing a new version until after my vacation. I don't like to release a version and then leave without the possibility to react to any problems which might occur.

Btw. during implementation I realized, that this export doesn't use yet another addition to the enhanced Profiler export: Inclusion of the data of the assigned episode. Should I include this information in the export? It may blow up the resulting XML though, but you will have the cast and crew data of each episode in the XML export. Also another switch of my export has been turned off: Inclusion of the cover scans as base64 stream. But that one would really make the export big. Both of these export options are already available in the standalone CCViewer.

Well, right now I don't need/use this data, so I don't miss it. But who knows, maybe some day... I don't need this now and I guess I never will, as I can access these files directly within explorer. So I'd prefer to not include this. Maybe you can implement it optionally?

| Posted: | | | | Help needed. I've been using this great plugin for quite long time. Yesterday my pc got crashed while DVD profiler was on. Today when I open the program I don't see the award plugin under the plugin options I tried several things, using the repair option, Reinstalling CCV program and then reinstalling the plugin again. No matter what still the plugin in is not visible. It seems DVD Pro is not loading the plugin anymore. Has anybody experienced something like that? I really hope someone can help me with that. This plugin is very very important to me. |

| Posted: | | | | Tools->View Plugins... Is 'Cinematic Collection Viewer Plugin' listed and checked on the left?
Anther idea is to uninstall (via control panel) and reinstall the plugin. | | | | | | Last edited: by StaNDarD |

| Posted: | | | | Thank you for the reply I don't have the plugin under the tools. This means the plugin is not loading when I open DVD profiler. Other plugins are there and they are ticked. I uninstalled from control panel both the CCV program as well as the plugin and reinstalled both but still the plugin is not showing up This is first time happening to me. |

| Posted: | | | | Here's another idea: 1. Stop dvd profiler 2. Uninstall the plugin 3. Delete the folder 'c:\program files\dvd profiler\plugins\ccvplugin' (or 'c:\program files (x86)\dvd profiler\plugins\ccvplugin' when you're on a 64bit windows) 4. Start dvd profiler 5. Stop dvd profiler 6. Install the plugin 7. Start dvd profiler | | | | | | Last edited: by StaNDarD |

| Posted: | | | | Thank you again for the suggestion. When I uninstalled the plugin its folder got automatically deleted.
I did the exact steps you advised but that did not work. I cannot see the plugin in my plugin list. Very strange. After installing the plugin again the CCVPlugin folder is created in program files under DVD Profiler but still the plugin is not loading for me. |
