I purchase the iOS version, when first released, have installed it on an iPod Touch, iPhone 4G and an iPad 2 with no problems. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. That is absolutely true. Just like the main program, you should expect the app to be updated on a very infrequent basis. Roughly once a year. And "soon" is also very subjective. Those are the facts of life at Invelos. Love it, like it, hate it, it really doesn't matter. That's how things are. So if that's not good enough, I suggest looking for something else. I don't say that to be snotty. Just being realistic. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

That is absolutely true. .. Good. So we agree then. I was just telling the truth about this app. Take it or leave it. |

I just wish Ken would stop using the word "soon" unless an update is scheduled to arrive within a month. It creates false expectations. |

Gerri tried to reproduce the bug, on more than one occasion, and couldn't. Maybe I am missing something, but I don't know how they can fix something they can't reproduce. I understand that you consider it a critical bug, because it happened to you, but they may not, due to the fact that they couldn't reproduce it. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. I understand that, but Gerri said that they couldn't reproduce it. Now, unless you think she is a liar, I don't know what else you expect them to do...well, I guess I do, I just don't know how you expect them to do it. I guess it is possible that they used your 'how to' and did reproduce it, then decided that it wasn't important enought to fix or decided to wait until the next version, but didn't mention it. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. | Posted: | | | | Much better if Gerri (or Ken) replied in the thread I linked to, so everyone can see it and help each other solving this problem. Have you/they tried what I suggested ? | | | Last edited: by No-way |

| Posted: | | | | You've been offered a method of getting your problem prioritized and in front of developers so they can manage it along with everything else they are doing (you are not the center of their universe). Use it and don't complain about them not using the method to solve it that you want.
Forum threads exist primarily for users to help and interact with each other. If the problem is solved via the support ticket please share the results. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

That was not what we discussed here. Please reed a little before replying. You don't have to be rude. The question that was discussed was if Invelos do care if their app has critical bugs or not (for their own sake, not for mine.) |
