Hi, 1. Startup Parallels desktop. 2. Open DVD profiler. 3. on Iphone open DVD profiler too 4. run on your mac "safari" and type the IP form your wireless router ex 192.168.20.1 (see your router documentation) 5. it will enable you to view your IP addresses of all connected devices ex 192.168.20.193 (can be the one of the simulated PC under parallels 6. this is the IP you need to configure on the iPhone to connect and sync DB versions
This works for me... Good luck

While they are closely related, they are not the same. It would probably be fairly easy to port the iOS version to OS X. But I think we really want a port of the PC version and that will require quite a bit of work. |

| Posted: | | | | At risk of derailing momentum for an OS X version, I wanted to let everyone know about an alternative to Parallels and VMware Fusion.
DVD Profiler appears to work quite well running under CrossOver. CrossOver is based on Wine, so you don't have the overhead of a virtual PC running a full Windows install, and you don't need a Windows license. Enjoy while we wait for a native version... | | | Last edited: by dcpoppy |

| Posted: | | | | Just noticed Gumbi88's post on the first page of this thread indicating DVD Profiler is unstable under CrossOver. I'm guessing there must have been improvements since 2011 since I've been running smoothly for over a month now. |
