| Posted: | | | | I think that if you synch without sending changes, it should clear it up. Once you have 1.01, you should be able to add users on the iPhone without issues. Adding a user definitely causes a crash when synching with version 1.00. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | The "024543115915" is the DVD that it is having issues with - that should match a UPC in your database. I would try a database repair on the desktop (if you haven't already). If that doesn't clean it up, then put an exclusion on this DVD and try synching again.
If you send me a backup file with just that one DVD, that would be great - we could see what is wrong with it.

DVD Profiler IOS crashes during first sync at 20% of "Reading Database" step in "Connect to DVD Profiler".
Size of dvdpro.exe increases from ~396MB to ~515MB and returns to 396MB when DVD Profiler IOS crashes.
I have an Ipod touch 4 (last iOS 4.2.1) and ~11900 entries in the database.
Tested after a repair of the database and a full restart of the Ipod. Tested with/without images sync.
Have you tested large databases ? |

How much system RAM do you have and is there memory free being reported in the Task Manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL > Task Manager) on the Performance tab under "Physical Memory (K)"?
If you're low on memory, there could be a lot of swapping going on which can hamper things if the connection is timeing out. Just a theory.
Another option I would try is to back up your database and restore it into a new db and sync with that. I've seen issues that are not fixed with a DB Repair but are fixed with a restore. |

No memory pbm on the PC side (I was at 44% of 3Go on W7). Numbers are "Physical Memory (K)" on the Perf. tab. I have tested the restore on my laptop (vista), result: same pbm. |

| Posted: | | | | I just started sing the IOS version. It worked fine doing updates to the PC version until I reached the update after I got to 258 entries. It worked fine at 238 entries, but when I try to update now, it gets to the "sending changes" and immediately says "Unable to send changes". I have done a repair on my PC side, and powered off and back on my IPhone 4, but nothing helped. |

I had the same problem but after updating I managed after several tries to send over changes. I needed to soft reset my iPhone then do a fresh sync after doing full DB repair on the desktop. If you managed to get your changes sent, I advice creating a new DB on the iPhone and resync a fresh copy with your PC. |

Yes, actually. I did do this. Will removing the "new" user help? Most recent updates fixed this. Thanks! | | | Dyslexics are teople poo. | | | Last edited: by bpatt |
