Really looking forward to not only enter purchases that way but also enter view dates, enter reviews and manage loans on the fly. Those are the things that always seem like a drag to turn on your computer just for that | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, after watching a movie, my wife just wants to go to bed and complains when I turn on the PC just to enter watched date & review. So I just make a mental note to do it the next day but if I can quickly do it with my iPhone, that would save a world of trouble. | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

| Posted: | | | | It would also be cool if there was a nice interface for updating profiles. I'm so far behind now that I just can't seem to find the time to sit down and get the job done. But if I could do it right from my phone, I could easily knock off 5 here, 10 there and be caught up in no time! Of course this didn't occur to me until just now. So I hope Ken thought of it. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | Can't wait for the iPhone version of DVDprofiler.. i don't care what features it has, i simply want to be able to check what titles i have in my collection when i'm in a store so i'm not doubling up. If it only does that i'm already sold.. anything extra is a bonus as far as i'm concerned.. |

| Posted: | | | | Quick question: now I have DVDP on my notebook & desktop and edit on both. To keep them synced, I manually export and import my entire DB.
With the wireless syncing via iPhone, could I potentially use my iPhone then to keep both computers up to date? I can't use the online because locally some data differs from my local DB. | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

| Posted: | | | | Syncing with more than one PC is not recommended - the mobile device tracks which changes have been made and pushes them to the desktop.
The online sync should be inclusive of all profile data except images. If you have something in particular that's not syncing, let me know.
However, for full sync backup/restore is recommended. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | THanks Ken (and Pauls). The reason I rely on full sync so far is because: - I have my own covers with higher res than the online - To keep all my crew and cast headshots up to date (as that also doesn't sync online)
So I think I'll keep the full back-up/restore sync method between my two computers and use the iPhone/iPad to push data like watched date, review and the likes.
Thanks for taking the time to answer! | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

| Posted: | | | | Ken, I Thank You for the update as others have said before. I also have no problem waiting awhile longer as I would rather have it right then right now! Bobb | | | Do Cheshire Cats drink evaporated milk? |
