My First name include a "ç", and for what i read, that seems to be a problem with the 3.0 version. I did everything before, I updated my premium key as mentionned but there's no way for me to valid it in the software. So I can't restore all my collection... Thanks in advance. Best regards |

I would like to rebuild my collection with the 3.0 version but that will be hard to register my +1000 DVD if I'm stuck at 50 with the free registration. I receive recently a mail form Invelos telling me that the "problems" encountered between the version 2 and 3 (...) have been solved. So I tried again to enter my updated registration key, that's still appearing as unvalid as always... Thanks in advance. |

| Posted: | | | | Hello! I have a Premium Key and today I downloaded the new version. Then I experienced the already known problems that my Premium Key Numbers was called invalid. When I tried to log in with my full name and the Premium number I seem to created a new account which I did not want. Now everything seems to be messed up! Can someone please help me!? I only want ONE account, of course one with my premium number and maybe I need to upgrade my premium key, I dont know what steps need to be taken in which order. Can someone please contact me and help me? Thanks in advance! |
