Good news! So far, the only filters are genre. Oliver hasn't released an update lately.
As for the plugin, have you tried putting the phone in drive mode, finding the folder manually, and then trying a sync? That's how I usually do a sync as my phone will not self detect.
I'm new to this smart phone thing (I inherited it from my daughter when she upgraded to a Galaxy SIII) what is drive mode ?

It's called something different every manufacturer. Settings>Connect to PC>Default Connection Type> Disk Drive (mine is an HTC Droid Incredible 2) Make you selection, Come back out to the list. Select Applications>Development> USB Debugging The actual places and labels may vary, however, these are the two options you want selected to have the plugin work "manually". This way you can find an actual drive letter once your pone mounts on your computer, and can use windows explored to navigate the phone if/when necessary. Any more questions, just ask. Dave |

Well I have got that bit working thank you I have another little problem, I added a new bluray to my collection and tried to update the collection on the phone, which it did with the exception of that new disk. The new disk shows in my pc as number 75 but on the phone number 75 is not there I have 74 then 76. I have tried all that I can think of, even cleared all the files off the phone and started again but no luck. Has anyone seen this before ??
Regards

| Posted: | | | | Just got an android phone today. Have been a registered owner of DVD Profiler (PC version) for awhile now and I really like the program as I use it to keep track of my blu-ray collection. Now I'm waiting for an android version to come out for the phone as I would like to be able to sync it from my pc to the phone so when i go to best buy, etc to buy a blu-ray I can quickly check from my phone if i have the movie/tv series on my wishlist or if i already own it.
So I hope there is a public release coming out soon! |

| Posted: | | | | Hello
I was using an old version of the apps and Yesterday I have a message that the version is no more usable (probably a time limits) I didn't get time (or the smart idea) to write down the location of the last version Can someone tell me where I can retrieve it (I think I need both app and plug in)?
Thanks Ded |

| Posted: | | | | Sorry guys.
I added a time limit because I didn't know how I will manage this app in the future (paid or free).
It will stay free.
I will make a new version as soon as possible. Probably today.
Sorry for the problems it may cause to you.

Uninstall export plugin prior to install, or you may experience registering problems.
Export your collection, as there are new fields in database (3D support), but not used yet, as I didn't expected to release a version now.
Versionning my be innacurate, as I released it as fast as I could after I discovered the time limit was ended.
Let me know...

| Posted: | | | | By the way, as you have seen, I'm trying to change the look of the app.
If anyone has artist talents and wants to draw screens and icons, he may help me with this.
Thank you for reading. |

I wasn't able to install the previous app-version, but this one works like a charm. Indeed it is much more stable for me, the old 0.3 tended to crash when I scrolled a lot. Also the search is quite handy. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |
