I do not understand this topic: Why are the foreign dubbers "confirmed", if they are not credited in the movie? You already made your mind clear in the thread about that issue. But you were rather lonesome... the opinion of a vast majority (36 vs. 3) - is, to list dubbing voices as credited if they are credited (anywhere) on the DVD. I can't se any benefit in voting down this common sense here, ... What are you trying to achieve? BTW: Do you have any proposal, how else a common name for a dubbing actor should be established, if they are uncredited? Do you think till the end of your actions? - If you are not willing to contribute, you could at least be so kind to let the others get forward. In fact, I have not seen one live action movie where the distributor disfigured the end credits to include foreign dubbers. Not one. So if foreign dubbers aren't credited at all, then there is no need for a common name search where we confirm credits. The Rules are clear about credits, and actors: --- For the purposes of this section we define "standard" film credits as those where all credited actors involved are listed at the end of the film - defined here as the "end credits". For any film with standard credits, take the actor information from the end credits only. --- A bored, foreign live action movie dubber is not an actor. Quote:
