| Posted: | | | | I forgot to mention, I'm running 64 bit windows 7. I had to run the 32bit version of internet explorer as Administrator, then sign in to invelos. It's working now I also ran CLTplus as administrator first, but this is no longer necessary. It also works running it as my normal user. Thanks everyone for the assistance | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | How about a feature request? You could really step this tool to another level if you could type to "Credit" window an UPC number instead of person's name. After that this software would run CLT results again all Cast & Crew members on that profile automatically. That would be awsome |

I just did "Three Extremes" today and took me hours to compare each Cast & Crew member one-by-one. |

As far as I can see, an UPC-based search is not possible, because Credit Lookup Plus has to rely on the options the original Invelos CLT does provide. There are a number of directions it could be taken for improvements. For example, based on the underlying "common" names found during the search for one particular credited name, it could automatically run subsequent searches for these variations including an improved way to present these findings in a consolidated manner. Or as someone else already suggested, some sort of integration with the Name Variants plugin might be useful. For now, Credit Lookup Plus will remain as it is. Judging by the number of explicit and implicit (via feedback) responses here as well as the number of actual downloads (I won't even touch the subject of donations), it is a tool of limited interest. Or to put it another way: Despite the sometimes negative comments on the orginal CLT in these forums, I don't think Ken Cole can really be blamed for putting his attention elsewhere. | | | Matthias |

| Posted: | | | | Going out on a limb here, but since goodguy left ( ) the tool has been taken down for download. Was it a program that you originally downloaded directly to your computer, and if so, does anyone have it to share? It looks like an awesome tool, and for posting common name threads to determine a common name for people with hundreds of variations ( ), it could be really useful. Thanks in advance! | | | The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play. |

| Posted: | | | | EDIT: I just received an e-mail from Matthias, he doesn't want his tool to be shared anymore. Please respect this. | | | Last edited: by SpaceFreakMicha |

All things considered, I certainly don't fault him for it. It's a pity though that this and other plugins/HTML windows will suffer and some stop working on DVDP's next release. Already Credit Lookup Plus doesn't work for me anymore. And then of course, leaving didn't change a thing in the forums. I can see that goodguy didn't want to face the task of changing the forums anyway, but personally, I would have left the forums alone and continued with the rest. Why let forum comments spoil a nice hobby? | | | Hans |

| Posted: | | | | Terry I don't think it's a big deal for him. The plugin is his propriety and he can do whatever he wants with it. We don't really have any right to critic him for his decision just like it was none of our business when one usefull member (I've forgot his name) had decided to delete all his post. | | | Last edited: by Jimmy S |

Steve I can't get it to run anymore, get some error message about needing to be checked in at Invelos (which I am already anyway). And asking for help no longer works. Not blaming goodguy or anybody, but just a side effect of the forum wars. | | | Hans |

| Posted: | | | | For it to work you need to login to Invelos site first and tick the "Keep me sign in" tick box and you need to running internet explorer (my only bug bear for this very useful tool). It's the only reason IE is still on my system.
