I will have to try to get ahold of Andy... he is hosting it for me and does all the updates to the program. But the problem I had with it before was not phpdvdprofiler itself... but cwRsync wasn't updating it right even though it should with the settings it had. I have always just used ftp to load the xml file up. (Rsync was blocked by the hosting company). | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | Quote: I needed to update my online collection and keep getting an error... Do you have a software firewall on the local PC DVDP is running on? Are you running Anti Virus that checks outbound connections? Do you run any of the software that tries to block personal infomation from being pushed out to prevent idenitity thieft? I've seen all of the above block uploads thinking it was spyware or a virus uploading personal data before. Tom |

| Posted: | | | | Pete, have you used multiple programs to search for Malware and Spyware on your computer? There could always be something lurking that one, or even two programs could miss. | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | I heard back from my support ticket I opened... Quote: The issue is likely an errant custom genre. You may be able to spot the error via an XML export. We haven't been able to reproduce the creation of the bad custom genre assignment, but the access violation is corrected in the upcoming 5.3.1, which will start beta soon. Although I must say I have no idea what I would look for on the XML export. | | | Pete |
