No. DVDprofiler reads a disk ID of a DVD and that's about it. It does NOT write to a DVD, certainly not creating a bootable disk. For this you need a system utility.

It seems to be built-in for Windows-10, see here. I found this easily by entering "create bootable dvd windows 10" in Google, but you can of course also use DuckDuckGo, Bing etc.
Commericial software like Nero (Nero Burning ROM) also can do it.
In each case it is assumed you have an appropriate .iso file (I suggest you use an Internet search for support on that if needed, specific to your desired OS).

To make a bootable DVD ?
You can read this tutorial :
As a free tool , WinISO is able to make a bootable disk with DVD/CD or USB drive , see its tutorial for detailed steps.
If it doesn't work for you , try this :
But you'll have to pay a few dollars for it

Any solution depends on what operating system you have (name, version), your proficiency with using computer software and, if possible, knowledge of which virus. Apparently you can still access the internet (your post here proves that). Using google, duckduckgo or bing (or whatever you want) you'd best look for articles that explain a solution that can operate a virus scanner from a bootable medium (bootable DVD, CD, USB stick).

Run PowerISO.

Click on the "New" switch on toolbar and select the "File > New > Data CD or DVD Image" menu.

Click on the "Add" switch on toolbar to include folders and files. You are able to also directly drag folders and files from Windows Explorer on the PowerISO window.

Pick the menu "Action > New Folder" to produce a brand new folder.

Pick the selection "Action > Change Label" to change the default label.

Pick the menu "File > Properties" to create the iso file qualities.

Click on the "Save" switch on toolbar, or click the "File > Save As..." selection.

Pick the selection "Action > Boot > Add Boot Information" to load a bootable picture file.

Save the iso file to "Standard ISO Images (*.iso)" structure.

In order to make bootable CD, do burn up the iso file to a blank CD or DVD disc.

Bootable DVD Maker: What's the Bootable DVD? A bootable DVD must be named Emergency Startup Disk that's primarily for re booting the pc of yours whenever your system was compromised, and has experienced technical problems.

Making a bootable DVD isn't hard any longer. WinISO is an integrated application making bootable DVDs. It's the capability to acquire & set boot info, and also create the bootable ISO file too.

Note: Only some ISO files have boot info. Running WinISO, you are going to find out whether the ISO picture documents have bootable info or perhaps not on the left of WinISO.

Right here we are going to show you the way to make a bootable DVD with great ease.
Let us put the "Non bootable" ISO file as a good example.

For starters, Free Download WinISO, after which put in it.

Step one: Install and also run the software

After the set up, run the program. You are able to see the primary interface as below.

WinISO main interface

Step two: Make bootable ISO file

Open an ISO file that is non bootable ISO. Then set the shoe picture file.
Tips: There are two ways to establish the boot info with WinISO.

Use 1:

Click "bootable" on the toolbar; pick the "Set Boot Image", a "select a boot picture file" dialogue is going to appear on the display of yours. Afterwards, pick the boot picture file. Then click "open", you are going to see the bootable picture file on the display of yours.

make bootable DVD

Usage 2: You are able to also load boot info from CD/DVD/BD Driver or maybe CD/DVD/BD image file

Click "bootable" on the toolbar; then click on the "Import From..", You will find 2 choices. If you've the shoe info inside your CD/DVD/BD, simply choose the "CD/DVD/BD Driver", then you definitely are going to get a message, which includes the importing been successful note, the shoe file size and ask you whether set into the present working image or even protect it to file? Click the "Set into current" switch, the bootable ISO you are going to got right now. (We recommand it will save you the shoe info first then set it to the non bootable file.)

make bootable DVD

Step three: Burn the bootable ISO file to DVD

Create a blank DVD, and also make sure you've a DVD Driver to place it. Then click on the "Burn" on the toolbar. Pick the DVD driver you've and the bootable ISO you have only got. All is OK, Now click "Burn". A couple of minutes, you are going to get a bootable DVD.

Additional things you are able to do

Extract shoe image: WinISO also can extract the boot info from the bootable DVD or maybe bootable ISO files. Want to learn how to extract the shoe image, see below.
Clear boot info: In case you don't need boot info for the file of yours, WinISO is able to help to resolve the problem. Simply click "Bootable" on the toolbar; the drop down list will popup. Click the "Clear Boot Information" then you definitely are going to get a Non boot image file as the first ISO you've.
