Thanks Ded Sure, can you specify exactly which data you'd like to have? [the larger the data, the slower the app, you know...] |

Thanks in advance Hi, it's already done. I've published the new version on Google Play a few minutes ago, so I think you'll get the update notification in a few hours... Remember to use the Windows updater to import the new data from your xml file! Regards! |

I have a question, I don't need any new version of the updater?

| Posted: | | | | 2.1 works like a charm. A feature request from me: covers!!! I really like to see the possibility to view my covers in MyLoD. For me it wouldn't even be necessary that the app handles those, a simple linking would suffice. I then could proceed to put the links like file:///sdcard/droid_dvdp/images/883929241378f.jpg <a href="file:///sdcard/droid_dvdp/images/883929241378f.jpg">Cover</a> <img src="file:///sdcard/droid_dvdp/images/883929241378f.jpg"> in either the notes-section or wherever there is room for them. I think/hope that the picture-viewer can be simply triggered like other apps do it. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

| Posted: | | | | I don't really like the idea of multi-megabyte updates... the sync times would increase dramatically, from minutes (or seconds) to several hours, and that large volume of data in the sdcard of the phone should be al least optional for the users that prefer not to clutter their mobile with information they don't really need. *But*... if you have already copied that info into your phone, maybe because another app uses it and it's already there, or simply because you have copied it manually, we can use that information, in a simpler way than the one you suggest. I'll include in the settings of the app a new "(Optional) Large cover images folder" setting (please translate that string into German) Then, when you click on the small cover image on the details view, the large cover will open, searching in this order: - The folder of large images + id of the disc + ".jpg" - The folder of large images + id of the disc + "f" + ".jpg" (so you can simply use the images of dvdp with no renaming). - The small image folder + id of the disc + ".jpg" -> better small image than no cover at all. - It all else fails, no image shown. What do you think? Is it ok this way? |

"(Optional) Verzeichnis für große Cover" Quote: Then, when you click on the small cover image on the details view, the large cover will open, searching in this order:

What do you think? Is it ok this way? Sounds perfect, although I would suggest the "f"-option as primary, but I'm not sure if this searching takes up any noticeable time. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

| Posted: | | | | Here it is, MyLoD 2.3, just published on Google Play. You'll get the update prompt in several hours. This is the what's new: MyLoD 2.3 - Optional large covers display. Adjust the folder in Settings and click on the thumbnail in the details view of any disc. Suggested by Mithi. - Video formats, ratio, dimensions and colors are now imported. - Minor bugfixes. Remember to use the Windows updater program ( http://goo.gl/KgYIB) to export the new data from your xml file. I hope you enjoy this new version! |
