[b]Hey folks,

here is my attempt to do the new Case Types thread with images, as the old one does no longer have the images.

KEEP CASE:

THINpak: Same as KEEP CASE, only less thick.

DIGIPACK:

SLIP COVER: A slip Cover can be associated with all other cases, just tick the Slip Cover box then.

SLIP CASE: Holds for example 2 or more Keep Cases or THINpaks

STEELBOOK:

Jewel Case:

ENVELOPE:

SNAPPER:

CLAMSHELL:

HD KEEP CASE:

HD SLIM CASE: Same as HD Keep Case, only less thick

Comparison between HD KEEP and HD SLIM: You can see the Slim is thinner.

DRAWER:
A drawer case opens from one or more sides and slides out like a drawer.  The drawer portion remains attached to the case when opened.

DigiBook

Box

CUSTOM:
Everything that does not fit into one of the other categories, for example, wooden boxes, packages with action figures, Tin Cans and much more.

greetings
Donnie

I don't think this shows the difference between HD and HD slim well.

I think you'd need to make a difference between Slip Case (quite common for box sets) and Slip Cover (holding a single DVD). There is no Slip Case box to tick, only a Slip Cover one.

Haven't got any drawer either, so I can't help you there, sorry!

EDIT: You may have forgotten to include a Snapper.

Will charge up my camera battery while I'm at the grocery and try to get a picture of the one 'drawer' type case I have when I get back.

Isn't this a slip cover? A slip case is afaik a box for 2 or more different keep cases, snappers, digipaks etc.

Edit: dee1959jay was faster...

Great work, Donnie, and thanks for the fast changes.
As far as I can see, the only remaining item to be added would be a Slip case (what used to be called box set).

Just wondering if we can get "Box" added to case type, i have a few of these now they are basically box's that contain multiple Keep Cases/THINpaks or Digipaks at the moment i use "Custom" for case type but have seen them contributed as "Slip Case" and "Inner Case type, Slip Cover"

Thought i would repost this from the old thread, also third image shows difference between Keep Case and THINpak

Side-by side of different thicknesses would be helpful.

I don't have Cloverfield, but I do have Daredevil and Dark City and they seem to be the same type of case. Someone else has Daredevil and Cloverfield and says they seem to be the same.
