People use threads in the forums for information that needs to hang around, but searching there is cumbersome and updating even moreso. A wiki would be extremely useful around here for capturing that sort of info, and would probably cut down on the number of repeated questions in the forums.
OK, that last part is totally wishful thinking, but still... |

| | Posted: | | | | I knew as well, there was some Wiki already, but I lost the URL at some time and was too lazy to search again for it. According o the last changes on that Wiki, there is not much activity (if at all), so I suppose it's just not prominent enough...
In my opinion Wikis are a great platform for maintaining things like a Knowledge-Base and I like the idea of a DVDP wiki.
I however think it should be closer connected to the main site, e.g. linked on the front page, or even be a sub-site of invelos.com. It would as well be great to have a common user account base instead of separated ones... |

If I remember correctly the idea of an official DVD Profiler Wiki has been brought up earlier and Doug would have gladly transfered the already existing articles, unfortunately no response from Ken.
I still think it would be a splendid idea, see "why are some title underlayed green?" questions. Although I would like to keep Contribution Rules out of the wiki.
