7.6.9.2 is a pretty old version of AnyDVD. Even though it may have been released by Redfox, which was a newly formed company at the time, it still bears the legacy of Slysoft, and must be activated using a Slysoft key. Having said that, I have now installed AnyDVD 7.6.9.2 and DVD Profiler on a spare computer, and that combination works very well indeed - I get the correct DVD IDs every time.
So it's a mystery to me why it doesn't work for you. Perhaps you have some other software that conflicts with AnyDVD?
A word of caution, though. If you wish to use the plugin "Add by DVD Disc ID", you must disable AnyDVD, or else it will read incorrect IDs !!! That plugin is not compatible with AnyDVD.

Right click on the profile you want to copy from and click copy;

I just wanted to say, "Cast/Crew Edit 2" is the greatest thing since sliced bread if you own a lot of digital streaming movies and they only have a base profile in DVDP.
