Are you using the iOS app? If so, ever since a server issue and replacement in March, uploading from iOS app isn’t working, we have tried to get info on whether or not they are going to fix this issue but nothing from Invelos

IS ANYONE INVELOS / DVD PROFILER GOING TO ADDRESS THE MAJOR ISSUE WITH THE IOS APP?

IT HAS BEEN 16 WEEKS SINCE THE SERVER ISSUES, SINCE THE SITE WAS BROUGHT BACK ONLINE THE IOS APP WILL NOT SYNC PROPERLY WITH THE SERVER AND UPDATE OUR PROFILES!!!

IS ANYONE THERE?!?!?

Invelos needs to:

1) admit the issue with iOS app since early March (16 weeks ago)!!!
2) fix whatever the issue is, the problem started when they had server issues, so something is terribly wrong, but not with the iOS app itself!!!
3) remove the app from the App Store if they are not going to fix this issue, they should not be selling an app that doesn’t work!!!

Um, yeah, I don’t get this, for me it doesn’t update at all.

It’s frustrating because I have over 1200 titles on one device and I can’t update it, can’t get it on my other devices. I don’t know what to do, I’m assuming not everyone has this issue, I thought about deleting and staring over with a new profile, but, I don’t know if that will work, plus that would be a lot of work and time I do not have.

I am still having error uploading my collection.

I signed in to my online account today.I noticed that it showed I have 40 titles, last upload March whatever 24, I have over 1200 titles in my collection. So it says to reset my collection to delete it, so I did that and then selected my settings, so I tried again and it still won’t upload, get same error with the iOS app.

I would try deleting the iOS app and reinstalling it, as that sometimes solves issues, however, doing that would delete my collection from the iOS app, and I’d have to start over, plus this is most likely a server issue as that is what changed.

Also, I recently purchased the 4K aliens, and in trying to add to my collection it doesn’t come up, so I tried to search by title with blu-ray and 4K on, and no results, so maybe there is more than one server issue here.

I am hoping the ppl who run this site are reading this thread and trying to solve the issues but not sure if they are, it’s been over a month with no communication.

Me too, I haven’t tried downloading, but trying to update my collection as I’ve added titles via iPad and it won’t upload I get an error. It signs in fine, but error when it gets to the update collection step.

…just after the server update I was unable to sign in, so I waited and now I can sign in but it won’t update, anyone else having this issue?
